Dr. Vijay Jindal
Dr. Vijay Jindal is the conscience and guiding force behind Equivida. A distinguished Ayurvedic physician with over four decades of dedicated practice, Dr. Jindal earned his Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.) from Delhi in 1978 and has spent his life championing the effectiveness of Ayurveda at a time when many turned to quick allopathic relief.
Beginning his practice in Sarai Peepalthala and Jahangir Puri, Delhi, Dr. Jindal built his reputation not through shortcuts, but through patience, trust and unwavering dedication to his patients. Today, people travel from distant places to seek his treatment and guidance — a testament to the lasting confidence he has earned over decades of selfless service.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Jindal has been a tireless social reformer. He established a Family Counseling Centre to support individuals and families facing emotional and personal challenges. Through the "Society for Securing Justice," he has provided free legal and family counseling services since 2002, extending his commitment to community well-being far beyond physical healthcare.
As Chief Mentor of Equivida, Dr. Jindal brings his lifetime of Ayurvedic wisdom to every product the company creates — ensuring that each formulation is rooted in authentic principles of holistic health: the balance of body, mind and spirit.
Atul Anand
Atul Anand brings over two decades of cross-sector leadership to Equivida. A graduate of Cardiff Business School and holder of an MBA from the University of Birmingham, UK — and a member of the Board of Cardiff Business School — he has built a distinguished career as a business development strategist and advisory professional, with deep expertise in government relations, institutional partnerships and building ventures from the ground up.
At India Advisory (a division of Khwaspuria Advisory Pvt. Ltd.), Atul established himself as one of India's most well-networked professionals, facilitating complex engagements across the government, technology and private sectors. His peers describe him as someone who possesses extraordinary people skills and an ability to navigate stakeholders across sectors with patience, determination and a consistently positive outlook.
At Equivida, Atul leads strategy, business development and the architecture of the company's digital-first growth model. He is driven by the conviction that authentic, science-backed Ayurvedic products can reach every household in India — and eventually, the world.
Vishal Jindal
Vishal Jindal brings over two decades of hands-on experience spanning legal affairs, business development, operations and e-governance to Equivida. A multi-disciplinary professional, he holds an MBA in Marketing & Supply Chain Management from Amity University, an MCA in Information Technology from IGNOU and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Chaudhary Charan Singh University — a rare combination that gives him fluency across business, technology and regulatory domains.
As Director and Principal Consultant of Vishad Edutech Pvt. Ltd. for nearly a decade, Vishal led skill development and e-governance initiatives across India. His tenure as Chairman of the Skill Committee at the PHD Chamber of Commerce (2017–2021) saw him shape policy dialogue and industry partnerships at a national level, working at the intersection of government, academia and enterprise.
At Equivida, Vishal channels this breadth of experience into building an operations framework that is rigorous, scalable and trustworthy — from supply chain integrity and partner management to regulatory compliance and business development. Growing up alongside the Ayurvedic practice of his father, Dr. Vijay Jindal, he brings both personal conviction and professional discipline to the mission of making authentic wellness accessible to every Indian household.
